In this project, we received semi-built building documents from the client, tasked with designing a contemporary villa. We combined interior and exterior elements, using the interior spaces as a blueprint for the facade. The villa entrance boasts a 5-meter height for enhanced elegance and allure, while all three bedrooms offer direct garden views and terrace access. A notable addition is a charming living room featuring a gable roof, seamlessly connected to the staircase via a wooden bridge over the TV room, introducing a new dimension to the villa's design.
The exterior design concept was driven by a strong integration of interior and exterior elements. We used the arrangement of interior spaces as a blueprint to shape the facade, creating a cohesive relationship between the villa’s inside and outside. The entrance stands out with its impressive 5-meter height, enhancing the sense of elegance and providing an inviting, grand entry experience.
One of the project’s key challenges was working with the existing columns from the semi-built structure provided by the client. Instead of treating them as limitations, we used them as opportunities to explore playful forms and dynamic spatial arrangements. By integrating these structural elements creatively, we transformed the constraints into a defining feature of the villa’s design, adding character and complexity to the spaces.
Each of the villa’s three bedrooms was thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and connection to nature. Every bedroom has direct access to a private terrace, offering uninterrupted garden views and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. This feature ensures that each occupant can enjoy personal outdoor space while remaining connected to the overall landscape.
To introduce a new quality of living for the client, we designed a cozy living room with a gable roof that reflects warmth and intimacy. This space was tailored specifically to the client’s personality and hobbies, creating a personalized area for relaxation and gathering. A wooden bridge connects this room to the staircase, passing above the TV room and introducing a playful vertical connection that adds depth and a unique spatial experience to the villa.
