Harmonia Villa
(Second Alternative)
(Second Alternative)
This villa embodies an artistic and creative response to the site’s natural landscape, seamlessly integrating the existing trees into its design. Rather than viewing them as obstacles, the architecture embraces their presence, allowing the villa’s form to flow organically around them.
The video offers a walk-through of the villa, showcasing its design and seamless connection with the surrounding environment, allowing for a better understanding of the spatial flow.
The structure is divided into two distinct volumes: a private zone housing the bedroom and bath, and a more public area for living and dining. These two spaces are connected by glass movable partitions, enabling a dynamic relationship between indoors and outdoors. During warmer seasons, the partitions can fully open, transforming the in-between space into a semi-open pavilion under the tree canopy—blurring the boundary between architecture and nature.
Every corner of this project unveils a new experience, a subtle surprise, and a shifting atmosphere, making each space feel dynamic and ever-evolving.
Following cost estimation and alignment with the client’s budget, the alternative concept was further refined and brought to construction.
