This interior design project was developed for a client planning to sell his flat, with the goal of enhancing its appeal through a sporty, elegant, and minimalistic style. The design aims to be universally appealing, ensuring it suits a broad range of potential buyers. To achieve this, the color palette remains neutral, avoiding extreme hues while offering flexibility for personalization through furniture and decor choices.
Soft, curvy edges throughout the interior bring a sense of comfort and sophistication, enhancing the flat's sporty yet refined atmosphere. The living room and kitchen area are designed with a striking black-and-white contrast, adding visual interest and making any placed furniture appear sharper and more defined within the space.
Bright ceiling lighting ensures the flat feels open and inviting, highlighting the interior’s clean lines and minimalistic details. This lighting strategy not only enhances the flat’s spatial qualities but also showcases its potential to be filled with various styles and furnishings according to the buyer’s taste.
Neutral tones dominate the space, creating a versatile backdrop. The gray feature wall provides an ideal spot for large artworks or a TV screen, making the room adaptable to various tastes. This neutrality allows buyers to envision the flat furnished with pieces of any color, ensuring their style preferences can be easily integrated.
This project is currently on hold due to the client's circumstances. The presented design represents the first approved interior atmosphere, with further detailing and furniture selection to be finalized upon project continuation.
