Client Preferences and Design Approach

The client expressed a strong preference for open designs and the use of stone materials. In response, we developed two minimal yet elegant facade concepts. The first level incorporates white stone to create a clean, sophisticated base, while black stone is used for ceiling coverings, enhancing the facade’s depth and contrast. Additionally, strategically placed shaders add visual interest and architectural character.

This apartment facade design was completed within a limited timeframe as part of a project collaboration with the renowned Iranian architect, Mr. Iman Aminlari. The project required swift yet thoughtful solutions to meet the client’s vision and timeline.

Entrance and Lobby Design

To further emphasize elegance and grandeur, a high-ceiling entrance and lobby were designed, featuring a dark glass facade that conveys both modernity and refinement.
